I am trying to make contact with a MURAT BALOGLU. He is a painter and decorator. I have a phone number but it is permanently on divert OR he is recognising both my phone numbers and putting his phone on to divert. Description: tall, dark hair, sometimes has a very small goatee beard and mostly drives a large dark maroon van with sliding doors on the side. Does this description mean anything to anyone?

If you have had a bad job done or have given him money and he hasn't fullfilled his obligations---you can go to the office of fair trading- IF a)he is a legal company

b)if you have a FATURA(receipt with his trading name,phone No and reg No)

c) a MAKBUZ...thats a receipt for part payment(also name + numbers printed.)
