Anyone reccomend best installer (and good for after sales etc.) who cover the Alsancak area?



Plus was looking at the 1024kbs @ 960tl; worth paying the extra for this?



Download (and watch) great deal of music, videos etc

I have been with Nethouse for about 4.5 years and am very happy with the service.

I have recently upgraded to their 4Mgb speed line and they replaced my old antena with a new one and the speed is brilliant.

Prior to the upgrade I had 1Mgb service and I was able to download and or stream music and movies with no problem at all.

They may cost a few pennies more than some but to me they have an excellent proven track record.

Multimax is currently offering 4096kbps for 960tl for 15 months or 2048kbps for 720tl for 15 months, just in case you like to compare. 0392 444 6629 / 0548 870 0226

We upgraded from 1Mgb to 4Mgb two months ago and most of the time the service is rubbish. The day we changed we had 4Mgb and it was great, we download quite a lot (films and series) and after two hours the speed dropped to 1Mgb we went back to the shop to complain and was told the speed should be constant. He rang Nethouse who also confirmed that this was the case. However, the following day we timed how long we had 4Mgb and it was about two hours. We then rang Nethouse direct who after a lot of transferring between departments was told that it was limited to two hours. Having signed up for another year (we had been with them three years) we tried to drop back to 1Mgb and get a refund but they wouldn't do it - no surprises there!!! Once our contract is up we will be moving to Multimax who at the moment is giving 4Mgb constant.

We (in Alsancak) are with Extend, have been for 3 years, and it's been good, but we do have a good, clear line of sight to the Merit base station. We run our VOIP phone system no problem on the standard 512 connection and only real problem was when they had an island wide issue for about 5 days a long while ago.

We are due to re-new in about 2 weeks time, and will stay with them, however, if I needed a new installation, to be honest, I would give Kemal the job, he comes across as reliable, answers question on the forum, which he should do, he wants to build a new besiness, you also know he is contactable, and he knows you can contact hundreds of people if his service isn't what he promises.

Had Nethouse installed yesterday (4mgb 12 months plus 3 free for 1020tl: 68tl pcm).



So far; excellent and fast.



Installation done via Nethouse in Girne. Really good job.

@medoc, yes, we have coverage of that area.



Just one note for comparison is that our packages 2Mbit for 720TL and 4Mbit for 960TL are NOT 'eko' packages and they are NOT limited in any way.
