| I made a batch in June and preserved them in home produed olive oil in airtight jars in the fridge and they were successful, although a bit chewy. However I put a fresh lot out just a couple of days ago and I have had to bin them because they have started to go mouldy. Am I doing something wrong? Is it the time of year or the quality of the tomatoes? Advice gratefully received. Many thanks |

| Hi judyr, I think we have gone passed the peak of long hours of hot sunshine. We also did some the same way as you. But you can start them off in the oven. I know its not quite the same. In fact you can make them in the oven. |
