This Friday evening at JK's fundraiser for defibrillators Daren is going to be introducing a new cocktail called a 'Hear starter' he will be making a donation to the fund from every cocktail sold. So thought it would be fun for the first person who guesses correctly what is in the cocktail to get a small prize. See you there 8pm Friday.

I hate to think, who will have their finger on the button, should I ever need to avail myself of this equipment,

White rum, Malibu. banana liqeur, cranberry juice, angostura bitters, grenadine, mango juice, orange juice, lime juice and lastly, sugar syrup.

OK- here's my last attempt(bit difficult when i haven't tasted it) :-

Tabasco, gin, vodka, whiskey, rum,broken glass, shoe polish,caustic soda,a white dog turd(you don't see them anymore- I wonder why?)vimto,an oxo cube, the juice from a jar of cockles, and topped off with pork scratchings.

The sign of a bad cocktail is one where you can't tell what it's made from.... A good cocktail is one where each flavour brings something to the mix without masking the others.

We can't be there but sure hope it goes well Chris.
