The trials and tribulations of the Kulaksiz 5 and their fight to keep their homes has touched the hearts of the expatriate community. The issues raised by this case have implications for other property owners faced with similar difficulties. In simple terms it will become a 'TEST CASE' for others. Lawyers have done an enormous work for free and no one could have predicted that it would drag on for this length of time. One of the ploys of the bank is to prolong the legal rocedure such that the Kulaksiz 5 run out of funds. Please, we cannot allow the bank to win by default. An event is planned for Wednesday 21st Sept. It will be a sit down 3 course meal commencing at 8 pm ticket rices are 35 tl per person.
