Will motor cyclists wear crash helmets when it becomes law on the 1st October. It will be difficult to disguise the fact that you are not wearing one and should be easy to police. We shall see.

Coming out of the car park at the green money x change yesterday I was horrified to see two young Cypriot mothers one the driver with their infants on their lap, neither had seat belts on not that that would have helped the infants. The car was fairly new and if the airbags had gone off even in a minor collision both infants would have been killed instantly, it really is time the government tackled this either through education or policing.

I think protective head gear should always be worn. Riding a horse, driving a push bike or motor bike. Seat belts on in cars. If i were involved in an accident where by the person injured was not wearing one , i feel it would be my right to challenge that, as they didn't protect themselves to the best of their ability. It also the reason why i wouldn't drive a small car, you are more likely to die in an accident. All has been proven.
