Re- Rev Walkers comments snooker Cyprus Today 15th Nov. Its a shame his comments are based on observation rather than investigation The snooker league he refers to, is now in its third year. Just a shame the propietier now wants to take the credit (as well as 20% of the prize money) for something that was never his idea.

No. I dont think there is a case of sour grapes at all.. cos I know the person that started it. And he never got so much as a free beer. Speak to the people that have played for the last couple of years. In fact the propieter was`nt even here for the best part of last year.

In the right reverands defence, he is giving a positive spin on events in the Lapta area. As a columnist he passes on his OBSERVATIONS and the readers can make up their own minds. As for the players, I know a lot of them and they seem quite happy with the format of the competition.
