I went to a beach party and paid 70ytl for 3 drinks what a joke. i asked how much for the small bottle of vodka and they told me 250ytl (thats without coke or redbull)

the first time ive been to a club and seen the bar empty like that.

Why is the attitude here "well its more expensive in england" ....Im sorry but its not! they charge reasonable prices and everybody has a good night in the UK. Most of the people at this do arrived and went to the bar once before trying to enjoy the rest of the night avoiding the bar and the hiddeous prices they were charging.

We left and picked up some drinks and smuggled them in in the end.

Why do bars, cafes and other such venues feel happier with just a few customers who pay riddiculous prices and at the same time scare people away never to return ,rather than have a heaving cafe, bar or venue with reasonable prices and everyone having a good time and will possibly come back again.

Normally in a club you can expect a 15-20% mark up on drinks compared to bars, however there should always be some deals - 2 for 1 or a free drink upon entry included with the ticket.

In Egypt i have seen small water bottles go for 15 USD!! (and people was buying!!)

The old hip flask is a clubbers best friend lol

haha might just invest in a few hip flasks for the next night out.

I will not be encouraging these crooks by paying these prices for drinks thats for sure.

We are from britain or wealthy countries so we are just walking ATM's.

I was at glamafunk and it was hyped up to be something that it definitely was not!

It was 10ytl for a small efes or a pepsi ,20 for a shot and they even wanted to charge for ice????

The venue was gorgeous but the atmosphere is more exciting in an elderly people's home (probably because of the cost for a round) ,as for managing a club ......forget it it's not about thinking ahead or whether you return it's about what's the most they can get out of you for a single drink.

Free drink at the bar with tickets???it's a myth!

in any club beer and bottles are 10tl, vodka mixer 20tl, jack or spirits 20tl, shots 10tl, and any big bottles are 250tl-300tl which saves u money if theres a group..this is normal cus most clubs are VIP...

Personally: If there was a venue worth labeling VIP I would pay VIP prices

Don't be fooled, "VIP" is a 'self assesment' or 'self pat on the back' that many places give themselves so gullible peolpe will go there thinking it's full of 'the pretty people', and over charge for the fantasy.

Next time you are in a "VIP" venue, make a list of all the famous celebrities you see in there (and I am not counting zerochlor) and post them on here please. I just hope you can fit in into the 1,000 characters. LMFAO
