apparently my computer is sending emails without me actually sending them. I have an anti virus programme running what can i do?

nothing, this is a spam, you have clicked something in a prev email

best thing to do is delete your contacts list, as it auto sends to your contacts,

no contact list - no spam ;)

P.S. You, Deniz1, are not the first or only one - I get such emails from people in TRNC regularly, but I've given up to react and explain. Solution: write a mail rule and bounce such emails.
