| estate agents with appropriate land welcome however with fees being what they are in Cyprus a direct sale may interest someone who has something to sell |

Beware, you're damned if you do and damned if you don't! Nothing sticks going through the (so called) legal system but then open yourself up to damn right fraudsters who 'sell' what they haven't got by dealing direct! No recourse either way.
