| Can some of the experts who regularly air their views on this sight please enlighten me as to why this "no problem apartment" in Central Girne producing an 8.75% return on investment does not attract any interest?? Similar sized apartments - many "out in the sticks", all with higher asking prices, some half built and almost all with little or no possibility of providing any serious rental return still seems to be selling? |
