I Went the other evening the fish and chips were indeed delicious BUT ► no bread and butter ◄ knife and fork were dirty ,seat upholstery was very grubby/dirty I counted 20 fasg ends on the floor around where I was seated table cloths are plastic with no beer mats so your drink drips on you.



If the place has a good clean up I would not hesitate to return or recommend it.



Please take my observations as informative Ian in no way knocking the place or the staff the conditions on my single visit ( early evening ) ►may not be typical ◄

There are no proper Fish and Chips in Cyprus and definitely not in the TRNC. That is not to say there are

no edible attempts at copying the said item.Southerners, who cannot cook Fish and Chips may find this statement less valid, but essentially anywhere south of Doncaster cooks bad fish in bad batter with soggy chips. London is particularly a wash out when it comes to Fish and Chips. In TRNC I have been taken to the Ravine, which tries hard, but my son calls it the home of soggy fish in radioactive batter....he is not far wrong. We would all be better eating what can be cooked locally and having Fish and Chips when we return to the UK even if that requires a journey for our cannot cook Southern relatives.

I personally wouldn't got to TRNC and ask for Fish and Chips - the variety of food over there is fabulous, specially the locals.

Re message 4...pawson... you are wrong. The best fish and Chips is here in North Wales.
