English style tea shop, deli and bakery selling delicious home made cakes, pastries, scones, and freshly made sandwiches to eat in or take away.

That is a great idea - I really hope it works out for you. We will certainly visit you ! Love the idea of a take out bakery as well... The 'old bookshop' shouls be a perfect spot for it as well - hopefully you will utilise the roof garden for eating in...
