i want to buy a car from person living in cyprus.



i live in another country.

how can i check that the ownership papers are true and the car is truly registered there.



ANY BODY CAN HELP ME TRANSLATE THE PAPER SENT TO ME.

I am sorry that I don't understand what message 1 truly wants. Is he buying a car imported from Cyprus? Or does he want to buy one within Cyprus? and what is the 'translation' bit all about.
