Can anyone tell me if Lapta old people's home is still situated near Sunset Beach club?

I remember reading that they were due to move to a new location but I am not sure if they have or not.

Many thanks.

Judy, the person nominally in charge is called Handan, the physiotherapist, and is the only person who can really speak any English. I go up with stuff from time to time. Careful going up the hill, people come round the corners at one hell of a lick!!

Met Handan last year...lovely lady.

Hubby plays darts for a hotel in the winter and anyone who scores 10 and under incurs a fine of 1TL.

The person with the most fines at the end of the season gets to choose who the money gets given to.

For the second year running Lapta old people's home have been chosen.

Although they are not permitted to accept money donations, they give me a list of things that are needed and I go shopping.

They are so grateful and I love going to visit...especially when I get hugs and kisses from the residents for buying some cakes and biscuits as a treat.
