| Welcome to Cyprus. Bread flour and yeast are available, and its much easier to make bread in a lovely warm climate such as Cyprus. White flour always available but wholemeal is a problem. I don't know why this is, but perhaps the local cypriots might be able to tell me why. I did have an experience of mites in wholemeal flour which I presume hatch out when the flour is kept in warm temperatures?. |

| Look for flour that says Emekli if uou want whole meal. |
