There used to be a snooker table off the girne to alsancak road. last year the owner said he was moving, does anyone know where it is now and if not does anyone know of any snooker places in the north of the island, theres plenty of pool tables, but thats no good if one prefer to play snooker. any help please much appreciated.

I can only guess that you men the table at Jessic,s on the Lapta strip who has moved further down the road lock stock and barrel,also there is a new table at the Celebrity hotel Lapta,both 10tl per hour drinks etc differ,

thanks batgirl yes i did mean jessics so thanks for that i will try the one at the Celebrity hotel lapta as i probably won't find the one down the road.

There is a Snooker club in the old quarters of Girne not far from the road that leads up north from the courts.

They have a good quality Snooker table and 3 or 4 good quality pool tables.

The Celebrity on the main coast road in Lapta has a full-size snooker table attached to its Waterfront Restaurant and Bar.



The table - originally built by Birmingham Billiards and incorporating proper Welsh slate beds and South American mahogany - was renovated by 147 Sports of Leeds and professionally installed at the Celebrity by London and Allied Pool & Billiards in March of this year.



Tarriff is TL10/hour. Reservations are recommended.

There is billiard table in Jessics on the main road to Karsyaka. Can't miss it. Past Club Simena on the right then Tolgars on the left, NEXT TO TOLGARS.
