do you just want one patio door with shutters cleaned ! depends on where you are, but I am sure we can help. It costs 80TL for a complete apartment to have windows cleaned in and out and 50TL for all the shutters so one patio door would be very reasonable. if you could give us a ring to clarify exactly what you would like doing and your address I will get someone to give you a quote.

if the 170sqm includes balcony areas it would be 180TL for full thorough clean inclusive of windows in and out plus 70TL for shutters.

as you can appreciate some 3 bedroom apartments are larger than Villas. we would like to come and give you a quote, if an average size apartment with normal size windows (not glass from top to bottom and all around !!) would normally be approx 80 to 100TL in and out (inclusive)

I think it is much better to quote per half day or full day and let the owner decide what needs to be done. Cleaning requirements change every week. What is your half day rate 8-12 midday for one worker and for 2 workers (8 hours)? Are you insured against damages?

Biggles, thank you for your comments. But we do not work by the hour as we make sure the teams do a thorough job no matter how long it takes. Of course if anyone wanted a specific kind of clean we would accomodate, as you say yourself every cllients needs are different. ie if you wanted a weeky clean that did not include all windows in and out.

As a registered company of course we have insurance against damages.

Why not give us a call and see if we can give you a competative quote.
