Hi,

I am looking for a sailboat.

The size is might be from a laser, pirat, or something slightly bigger up to 23 feet.

then i preferred to enhance my living on the island.

I ask as there is a HECK of a different between a Laser and most 23 footers.. Lasers aren't exactly stable for novices or even most pottering about sailors and some 23 footers are akin to motor boats with a token sail.

Hi Mark, thanks for your concern and info.

I have sailed before, and hire laser from escape beach water sports when I am available, and when they provide one. I also sailed with bigger boats, and had courses when I lived in Istanbul.

Laser or Pirat choice is just for my personal fun. Budget-wise, me and 1-2 friends are willing to buy a slightly bigger one.

Thanks getting my gist... I've seen too many novices try to buy a boat that would put 'em off a great sport and might even endanger their lives ..



Good luck with your search.. there are all sorts of sailors who check this form out ... I fancied sailing my Laser around the island when - it was safe for political reasons - I'll be too old to do that, soon !
