Hi

I have a friend who is desperate to sell (or rent if he has to ) his apartment in North Cyprus to try and pay for his treatment.



He wanted to settle and live out there he loves the place but unfortunately he now has Parkinson's disease. So, for everybody who is livng the dream out there and still complains, please consider that there are many people who cannot make it because of they have developed illness or partners have passed away.



If anybody is interested in the apartment it is in Lapta, 3 beds and he wants around £60,000 for it, or will long term rent. please email me for details.

Could you let me know a few more details, eg what floor its on, does it have a communal pool, how many apartments are there on site etc and where abouts in Lapta is it

Thanks for your reply. It is on the ground floor and is unfurnished and has a communal pool. ( the apartment is near to the pool) It is just off the main road on the sea side of Lapta. I think it is called olive grove.

The apartment is on the ground floor, very close to the communal swimming pool,



The location is on the sea side of Lapta just off the main Road. I think it could be called Olive Grove. I think if I remember rightly it is close to the Alsancak/Lapta boundary. Close to the Merit Hotel, If he can't sell he is looking for long term rent around £350 per month
