I've got an Epson SX200 all-in-one printer. I can print a test page fine.

I'm using 64 bit windows 7, Office 2010 starter. I tried to print a document I'd created in Excel and got this message "Unable to Connect to Printer" and a red x by the side of the printer icon.

I've downloaded the latest drive but still no good.

I've hunted the web for an answer and theres nothing helpful. Someone said I should uninstall the printer, remove the USB lead from the printer and then put it back and let the PC detect it. It did, and set itself up but still can't print from the Office 2010 starter. Anyone here got any ideas or seen this before?

Got on to that website you recommended 6m and 'chatted' with Sarah but she came to the conclusion that the problem is with the 2010 software an I should contact Microsoft. That's not an option. Their support phone calls cost a fortune.

So............................ has anybody else had this issue and managed to solve it, please? Or can you think of anything else 6ms?
