Does anyone know where i can purchase an iwata airbrush or of one of a similar standard for automobile graphics here on the island or in Turkey. I did order one from the UK but i returned it back to the supplier after Customs attempted to tax me 500tl on it. The company in the uk did make a mistake and put my company address on the label say the jumped on it i think because of this. All help appreciated.

I have a 'Proxxon' [German] airbrush, with all accessories and mini compressor - all brand new in the box. [All my mini drills, engraver, grinders, polishers, etc are 'Proxxon'] - none better and spares reasonable and plentiful. 'Iwata' are very good, but this is better quality, which you can easily see! I also have a spare 'Paasche' airbrush - an earlier model, but adequately competent - new and unused. Call in at 'Ronnies Furniture' and ask for Roy.

Sorry it is John i see... unfortunately you do not show your email address the proxxon airbrush i dont think will be sufficient for what i need to use it for. I will be running the airbrush off my own compressor in my workshop and need a airbrush that can be used with both acrylic or water based paints. i preferred a double action with syphon feed, The one i had my eyes on was the iwata HP-Cplus which is used world wide by top airbrush artists and has a 100% feedback. However i have also looked at the paasche airbrushes can you tell me more about this one and send me a picture also to my email address along with how much you are asking for it please. my email address is tattoo_fatih@hotmail.com cheers

To be honest, I don't know much about airbrush technology. Both my airbrushes take their paint feed from screw-on jars, but may be adaptable for overhead [cup], or siphon feed. I think the 'Proxxon' is only suitable for acrylic paints - not sure about the 'Paasche'. By all means, please pop into 'Ronnies' and ask for 'Roy' - I live very close by. As for price - I haven't a clue right now - I'm sure we can come to a fair agreement if either of the airbrushes are suitable for your purpose. I also have an adaptor connector, which enables the 'Paasche' airbrush to run off the 'Proxxon' mini compressor.

Sorry, can't send pics - best come and see for yourself when you're next in TRNC. Also, not sure if I want to sell both - but may consider it - both brand new and unused.

Sorry i live in Turkey but my daughter lives in Cyprus and i do not know when i will next be visiting, and as she knows nothing about airbrushes. Apart from see whether it is in good condition or not it will be hard for to recommend or not. You say you cannot take any pictures then surely you could post a link of both of them from off the internet by doing a search on the make and model so that i can see which airbrush models they are. If this is not possible then i will have to pass on your posting as i do not want to talk about purchasing one or both from you without knowing this information first.
