| I have just under 1 donum/ catalkoy £42,000, half donum in esentepe village £17500, 1 donum esentepe village £25000. The esentepe village ones have over 60% build allowance. and all plots have electric water and road access on site.

| Mine is also bounded by 2 roads and has plans drawn up to build 2 dwellings with taxes paid, or you can just buid the 1, and its still only £30,000 |
