SOS Pre Auction bids accepted!

As you all will have seen the TRNC Villa Owners SOS Project fund raising committee are holding our annual event 'Here Comes Christmas Again' at the Sempati Hotel on Friday 5th December. We will be holding an auction on that evening.



We have decided that as some people may not be able to attend, we will take pre auction bids for some of the items.



Here is a list. We may be adding to the list as we get donations in.



If you would like to bid for any of the auction items, please add your message to this link.

Hi Sassygirl,

Sorry to be so dim but could you tell us more about the charity and use of money raised. Also how anybody not in TRNC on that night might be able to bid.

Not been called a chick for years.



The SOS is an international organisation caring for unwanted/unloved/homeless children throughout the world. The local fundraising committee was started a year ago by Teresa from the TRNC VIlla Owners board.



We raise money for the local orphanage in Lefkosia and also the project which is under the umbrella of the SOS which helps the poor families in the TRNC some of whom live in dire conditions with no water, electric etc.



The fundraising goes on throughout the year and we would be grateful for any donations when you are over in the TRNC.



The SOS organisation have a system in place for donations in the UK but we as a local fundraising committee do not. Everything we collect goes directly to the children. We purchase such things as bedding, clothing and items that are needed. We have also paid for medical treatment in one case.



Unfortunately we can not take bids from outside of the TRNC
