I'd like to use an iPhone 4 and iPad 2 with two sim cards with the SAME subscription phone number and 3G on both cards if possible.

Did anyone out there do this with Türkcell?

They do do a service designed for having a sim in your phone and one in your car, that would work for you but you can not use them both at same time.
