If it's as good as Angela's Ashes I want to read it! Must check out Amazon.

Phil - have you read "'Tis" - the sequel to Angela's Ashes?

Spotted that on amazon thanks Jeannie. Also a couple of books by brother Malachy. I will read them all in due course.

I will be down your way briefly on 21st, going to visit some ex-TRNC friends at WIngfield for a day, after having seen my brand-new grandaughter for the first time.

Phil, not familiar with Wingfield, although I know where it is.

Have a lovely time; I'll bet you're excited about seeing your new granddaughter. We're still hoping. Still, at least our son has got engaged - he's only just coming up for 31 and you can't hurry these things

Warm regards.

Jean

PS Try to read 'Tis before Teacher Man.

J

Thanks Jean, I'll do that. This will be my first time in East Anglia for some years (unless you count Stansted).

Give your lad time! Mine is 33, and still only has a Labrador!

Phil
