As far as I am aware the Forum Admin team have no powers to create separate sections and you will need to e-mail Izzet the board owner with your query.

Personally speaking I want me old jokes intermingled with normal posts. Its no joke if you go specificaly to a jokes section. I am sure DC will come on board very soon and tell you that there are trillions of jokes on the internet and any joke on C44, no matter which section it takes place is superflous anyhow.
