Can someone advise if the property tax is a standard rate across the country or does it differs depending on what area you are in.

We have paid 1TL per sq m2. over the past years.

Think it's pretty standard - and add 20% if you have a pool.

Same price everywhere. 1TL per square metre or 1.25TL if you have a pool.
