In this market Scampy whatever the reduction people are not buying you are best to sit for a couple of years and let the current crisis blow over. Could you not rent out NC and perhaps rent in Australia or have you an offer from an Aussie. Remember most have desended from convicts so be careful. his may provike a rsponse if the aussies can write.

No I don't want to rent it, I want to sell it to set up a business over there, and I will be renting out there to start with as the property prices are really high

I am keeping my fingers crossed for you and hope that you find a

buyer soon.



Unfortunately times are hard now but if you sell at a reasonable price

you have a better chance of finding a buyer. There are a lot of properties

for sale here as you know that are grossly overpriced and they will remain unsold. Ask a realistic price and you will have more chance. Any chance of selling back to the builder?

And it is a very reasonable price as it's priced the same as buying a new one, but mine if furnished with all the connections and extra's plus central heating
