| I use Tikvesli Krema (the one in the red carton) which is better than whipping cream. |

| look at the carton use the one with the highest fat % normal is 35% but one is 38% which is a bit higher then the others cannot remember which it is |

| Best cream here at the moment by a long shot is the EMBORG whipping cream , tried all the others ,not a patch on EMBORG ,whips up beautiful and tastes like you would expect cream to taste,but of course a couple of TL more expensive than the other rubbish you can buy . |

| You can buy double cream in small glass jars (sorry cannot remember the make) but it is really really thick and you cannot whip it. |

| Ilelli's sell very, very thick clotted cream in small glass jars. Scones, clotted cream and rasberry jam. Fabulous. |

| Turkish clotted cream is called "Kaymak". Usually find it in Ileli's with the yoghurts. Looks a bit pale but is as thick as UK clotted cream and tastes very similar. |
