| Hi to all you DOPI TV users (or should I say ex users). Being amongst the people that were stupid enough to have it installed sometime ago, and not too long after gave up trying to watch it, saying goodbye to our money that we paid. We Have received a text from the company saying that 'all the problems are going to be fixed' and could we take our box to their offices in Kirenia on Tuesday 11 October to have new software installed and then pick it up on Saturday. They will then contact us with a date that they will visit our home to re-aline the signal. At which time they will give us the opportunity of paying, yes paying, for a HD programme to run along side the one already installed just in case the picture breaks up. Is this some kind of joke, why would we take the box to them and leave it there when we can't trust them as far as we can throw them. Is this just a way of getting all the boxes back and then announcing that they are broke. Your comments please. |

| Hi, I have had no response to above with regards to taking DOPI Box into girne for new software installation, does this mean that there is no one else in North Cyprus that still has this system? |

| Been there. Done that. Kept the box and dumped them. They were always going to fix the reception with new software without success. |

| Thanks for that Gallop, we are going to do the same. We just can't understand why they keep sending us text messages on the phone. could you please tell me what system you have now. |

| We took our box back,and got it back!!still waiting for alinement!! but told new side by side system will be 300+ pounds..to old customers!!! enough is enough, gave them the benefit of the doubt before, just get used to watching some program's, and then they are gone.. so are we Dopi...would also like to know what system others are using. |
