| As I have a fairly large party dining before one of the Remembrance Concerts I need to consult them to get their menu choices. However, sorry Gordon but I simply can't find your posting when you gave us the menu. Any chance of putting it on again please? |

| Hi, thanks Marion but that was a menu for a previous show. The menu for this year's Remembrance Celebrations & Last Night of the Proms, available at TL30/person is: STARTERS: Beetroot & apple soup, or Courgette & mint soup, or Celebrity chicken liver pate with toast. MAINS: Chicken breasts sauted in red wine and tomatoes, or Poached salmon fillets with a cream and horseradish sauce, or Daube of beef Gascony style. All with seasonal fresh vegetables and bolanger potatoes DESSERTS: Spiced apple and raisin crumble with custard or cream, or Chocolate bauvois. Please pre-order the menus when purchasing your tickets for the show. |
