I don't know about the others but I do know that Dee requested that she be banned. A bit odd, I know, but she couldn't trust herself to post on here some times without getting embroiled in an argument, so she actually asked to be banned.

dizzycows....OMG please do not use that phrase "kicking the cat" I once used that to AJ in a private e mail and he really did not get it and got so sensitive about it and told me to use a football instead.(I think he thought I really was going to(I don't have a cat)) The problem with forums and some people who are not used to UK sayings or the way you say them because they don't live there or have been away from it for many years is they fail to understand what you mean or they lose their sense of humour...so tred carefully(wink)

You may be correct as we had a problem with our car battery running down over night and my friendly mechanic suggested that the boot light might be staying on and that someone needed to climb into the boot and the boot lid closed to check. Luckily my wife offered to carry out this exercise and she climbed into the boot and I duly closed the boot but unfortunately for some reason I was distracted and forgot about the situation and the next morning I realized what I had done. On releasing my other half from the boot I asked if she was ok and she replied that it was the best nights she has had in a long time.

It could have been the other way around, I knew of a cat that slept in a car engine one night it was in a terrible state once the car was started,minced to bits !

Before you left for Northern Cyprus we had a discussion on Fat Tonys' board and I told you about a Radio programme hosted by Johhny Diamond, correspondent, who went down a road in London with TC's and GC's all happily getting on with one another. I taped it(not VHS) and sent it to your home address in UK which you acknowledged before you left for Northern Cyprus and you told me that you collected information about NC and that you would transfer the information onto Disk and send me a copy when you had done this. Still waiting, but as your so popular and busy won't press you again. (Can't do smileys, but smiling). No idea about "Debbie in Dallas" must be NC humour again!

I apologize for my memory failings and yes I still have that recording you sent to me on one of my 3 machines. (just got to find it) Anyway I have accumulated a large amount of interesting vocal recordings about the Cyprus conflict and I am almost there but I need to carry out some editing before I can make the CD available. You will be the first to get a copy.

As for 'Still not got a clue or making sense as to why everytime you have to keep telling people how popular you are.' Not sure as I have been doing that as I do not care what anyone thinks of me, all I have been trying to say is that those that know me are well aware of what I am all about and they remain friends. Anytime AJ, it will be interesting when you get your collection together. Shame because I came out in 2009 with my son, but we only got as far as Guidos and stayed mainly around the Harbour area as we were at Pia Bella. Everytime I say I am going to come out something happens to prevent me from booking, but we will meet someday to claim my autographed CD!!
