Had bad run tonight, hip ached, legs ached wanted to do more......



Had moan to myself full of self pity.....................then I remembered who I was running for.............



A little 7 year old boy with only one arm, and cancer in the other. A very ill little boy.



All of a sudden my aches and pains seemed very unimportant and I felt quite humbled.



Think we all don`t appreciate just how lucky we really are..........................
