Can anyone please tell me if there's an Insurance Booth at the newish crossing near Yesilirmak, or should I get Insurance beforehand.?

I have been informed that there is an agent who sells insurance, for the ROC located in the village of Yesilirmak. I cannot give you his name but he lives in a house which is opposite the Yesilirmak Co-op. The property belongs to someone called Atalay and has a concrete ramp from the road up to the first floor. The insurance man lives on the ground floor. Sorry I can't give phone numbers or names. If you are going that way check it out.

Only thing Im not sure of is if he can offer insurance for cars from the north to the south, know he can for the other way round
