After seeing some bad stories on the forum about Dolphin Movers I have to say I was a little worried when I discovered that the UK removal company I had employed used Dolphin as there movers!!

I decided to let them continue and see what happened.

I have to say that I am very happy with their service. They came and collected the items when they said they would. They answered any questions I had when I asked them and all of my goods have arrived safely at their destination and as far as we can tell there are no problems with anything, nothing is damaged and everything it there. This was also done very quickly and efficiently.

Thank you for a good service.

I'm delighted you have had a good experience with them. They couldn't have kept going if they had stayed as bad as they were and I assume they learned from all our condemnations. We moved nearly 7 years ago - the UK end was terrific, but this end diabolical.

Having recently imported a classic car through Dolphin Movers we would also like to thank & congratulate them on a great service, both the UK start & the Cyprus end part of the process was handled efficiently & with great care.

A special thanks must go to their handling agents at Famagusta docks who despite major problems never gave up & really went above & beyond their brief to free our car.

Tango 1 our experience was the same as yours.

UK end Brilliant!

TRNC end DIABOLICAL!!

When the boss asked his men to lift the boxes so as not to scratch the floor the response was "I don't care about the floor!"

There was a cast iron Victorian lamp post tied to the wall of the container at two ends, we told one guy not to try and move it on his own and wait for a colleague, next minute he had it untied and sent it crashing down onto the dining room table, Swedish (Not IKEA Swedish) and expensive. Result one broken table leg and scratches.

Glad to hear they have improved but they did nothing about our damaged table.

Please NEVER use this company. They cheated me out of hundreds of pounds and I used to WORK FOR THEM.

If they can do that to their staff imagine what they will do to their customers.

I also agree with Tango 1 we moved here nearly 4 years ago, UK side excellent and was so impressed, this end sorry another bad story, so hopefully this news means they have taken on complaints and got there act together, it is stressful enough moving to another country without having the problems we encountered.
