Does anyone know if you can get either Lighter life or Cambridge diet products over here in North Cyprus, just seen Pauline Quirke on TV and can't believe the difference.

Message 5 is absolutely right.

The best way to loose weight is by using a healthy eating plan which you can stay on for life and all the family can eat the same food - Slimming World (Mentioned on Corrie tonight)

There is a support group starting up shortly in Lapta for anyone who is interested.

Health food is not - not eating....

On one day you can have

A english breakfast: unlimited Bacon, Eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms

A full sunday lunch as much meat as you can eat, veg, yorkshire puddings ec

Then you can have a nice unlimited ham salad

Then for supper a tbone steak if you wish

It is just a matter of knowing what you can eat and when.

Re: Msg 9,

Hildy, I think you are delusional.

If you going to eat all this, you either have to exercise like an Olympian or you remain fat.

There is no other way.

P.S. Since when is an English breakfast or Yorkshire pudding considered to be healthy?

Hi I am a Cambridge Diet consultant and based in Alsancak if that's any help. In answer to putting on weight after you come off the Cambridge Diet, it is like any diet, if you go back to your old habits of course the weight will come back on, I have been off the diet for 3 weeks after returning to the UK and have lost another 2 llbs just because I have watched what I ate. One of my clients has lost 11 kilos in 7 weeks and almost 2 dress sizes, she looks incredible. My number is 0533 8394007

I think I read somewhere that Cambridge Diet is not suitable for people who are less than at least one stone over weight. Is this correct? I also read the going out to eat is extremely difficult because of the constraints of the regime. Can you explain please. Thanks

Get on the internet buy yourself some cytomel t3 and clenbuteral, you can eat more than you eat now, and lose two stone in 8 weeks easy.

some mild side effects but don't worry t3 cant mess up your thyroid, taper up but not down.

H Tango1, that is correct, we would not recommend this diet for anyone who is only a stone overweight. Depending on what step of the Cambridge diet you go on, and yes eating out and socialising are very difficult whilst on this diet, especially sole source. The diet is structured for people who want/need to loose weight, and like me could not be bothered with thinking about what I can and cannot eat, I personally found it very easy for that reason. The other benefit to this diet is unlike other diets this has all your recommended daily nutrients and vitamins incorporated. So after the initial 3 days (which are the hardest) I had lots of energy and felt great. I will say though when I got down to my goal weight I was eating more sensibly and did not put the weight back on.

Hope that answers your questions.

Cytomel is a synthetic steroid and Clenbuteral increases blood pressure and increases breathing abilities thereby increasing the heart rate. A very healthy option!

studies show clenbuteral is fairly safe if not abused, most girls down my way are doing one month on one month of at a low dose 60mcg a day.

As for t3 it's much safer than diet for 8 weeks, and twice as effected, and you can eat normal.

Its like everything there's use and abuse, but low doses of these drugs with rest periods are safer than dieting and the choice of most of the girls i know, everyone seems to be on them thousands of females, without problems.

But everyone has there own choice, i'm just saying what people are doing.

People know how unsafe diets are, that's why these drugs are so popular.

Thats the secret of slimming World - it is NOT A DIET!!!!!

It is a healthy eating plan - Which you can live on FOR LIFE and your family can eat the same meals.

And yes Clarrisa2 you can eat all that and loose weight and it is not about going to the Gym, there are other ways to work off inches - doing the housework, gardening etc etc.

You could also have snacks inbetween the above meals.

I am a Slimming World Consultant and have seen some fantastic results - one person lost 11lbs in 1 week, we do say up to 10 lbs in the first week, but she lost 11.

Also men like the plan as they can have a meat like the above one if they are meat eaters. For vegetarians there are fantastic range: unlimited vegetables, fruit, pasta, rice, cous cous etc.

It is knowing what to eat - NOT DIETING. We all know that when you deprive yourself of anything you crave it. I have used the Cambridge/LighterLife type of diet and yes it worked. I was working away and I went to the gym nightly once you eat it

There is no use or abuse with the Slimming World plan.

It is food - and you eat it - full stop!!!!!!!

you can also include eating out into your plan

It is knowing how to do it that is important.

On both plans you can have Fish & Chips!!!!

It is what you eat and how you cook it that is important.
