Please if you are calling the KAR office (0533 8694098) out of hours, and are leaving a message on their answer service, can you PLEASE leave your contact tel number ,date and time of call. KAR are not able to retrieve individual details from their answer service - this is so important for them to be able to respond to your problem/request. If anyone has not heard back following a message being left then please call KAR again.
