Dance night at the Moulos Inn in Kucuk Erenkoy with Kelvin on Thursday 27th of Nov, should be a good night. Also they do great authentic Italian food on Wednesday and Saturday nights.

Just got back from 2 weeks in Esentepe, agree with angell, Moulos Inn is fantastic, great atmosphere.

Got really freindly with Janet which brings me to my dilema, promised her a recipe for banana cake, an email address I was given seems to be incorrect.

If anyone is visiting the moulos inn over the next week or so could you please get in touch so i can pass the recipe on.

Then the members can try it.

Thats what I was hoping for, recipe as follows

3 very ripe black bananas

6oz melted marg

1 egg

8oz S.R.flour

small cup of sugar

dot of salt & bicarb

1-2oz currants

2oz walnuts/mixed nuts



method



mash bananas well add rest of ingredients ,mix well pour into 2lb loaf tin and bake on gas 3 for 1hr & 30mins

hi angel janet is great and the place is lovely, i love her lasange but she does buy her products from us there ive done it again. does she do food every night as i understood it only does special nights. i always want somewhere nice to go on my day off.love your receipe and will try xxx

Yes her food is fantastic, the lasange is the best I have ever tasted, but she does specialities that are Sardinian very authentic, she is open on Wednesday and Saturday night for food and the other nights the bar is open for drinks, she also has theme nights such as the dance nigth on Thursday,xxx
