My name is Amy and i am a fully trained CND Shellac and Minx nail Tech



I am looking for nail models for me to showcase the NEW Shellac colour range.

Amy sounds great but how long do my nails have to be for this to look good? I take it the product goes on my own nails and not false tips? My nails tend to split now from previous gel nails and are not the same length is this a problem?

Amy, I used to always have Shellac when there was an agency in Alsancak and back in the UK. I love it to bits. My nails are long but not tipped.

Amy will you not get growth showing after 14 days /ie do you do interim applications?

@ Moxie -

No interim applications ( infills / rebalance) as shellac does not extend length to the natural nail.



Depends how fast your nails grow some of my clients can go three weeks only showing small re growth.



Who is Shellac best suited for? Shellac is for people who want to maintain natural nails. The formulation looks as good from day 1 to day 14.



After 14 days the product is removed which takes 10 Minutes followed by a mini manicure.

Shellac can then be re applied if the client wishes .

Yes no worrys long nails , short nails shellac is suited to all nail types.

Shellac is not suited for those looking to lengthen their nails. You cannot use Shellac to create a longer nail. Also, Shellac isn't for clients with extremely damaged nail beds, split or peeling nails. It is best to get on a corrective program with Kute Tips before thinking about Shellac. If your nail is peeling off, it will take Shellac with it.

Amy, in your colour selection do you have really dark matt colours. I'm not into pearlised or pale colours.
