Tried to search for information about this man and history etc on the internet but its all inTurkish.



I do remember our famous English singer Cat Stevens who changed his religion to Muslim came to see him.



I understand he is a special man. Ive been told all muslim countries send him money and he helps people in need.



How did he get where he is and how do other Countries know about him.



Any information appreciated.

anyone at anytime , regardless of dress , religion or race may visit him at his place in Lefke .

You wont need directions , if you just get to Lefke and ask anyone they will direct you .

You may ask and recieve private audience with him .

If any Cyprus 44 members would like to visit perhaps we can organise a minibus and go in a group , I can arrange the trip . It is a fascinating and interesting place to visit and meeting him is an honour .

A great experience that shouldnot be missed , he is now 90 yrs old ! the opportunity wont be around forever

If it is of any interest, I was at the same school as Cat stevens (real name steven georgio), we was in the same class for the last year of school. He was very quiet and always dressed smart. His parents ran a restaurant.
