So far this morning I let the cat out, 2 minutes later (literally) she's back in the house with a live mouse in her mouth, drops the mouse at my feet and runs off (I think this is supposed to be my breakfast) so now I have a live mouse under the cooker!

My day can only get better.

I must confess we regulalry had the live mice brought in and chasing them behind fridges etc etc etc we have solved the problem by permanently closing the cat flap as I have not got a shotgun.

Well I didn't get up till 10.30 as I had another crap night's sleep, got a very strange text message from some stupid Turk, (Wants me, wish they'd change the record) just had a hot bath, dryed my hair, ready for the world now

My old school cat used to disappear under the Chapel's altar cloth at regular intervals but nobody paid it much attention until the stench overtook the incense.. you've guessed it.. there was a collection of rodents from shrew through squirrels to f**ck-off sized rats under there.



I guess she was making her own act of devotion...



It's very common for cats to present trophies to the alpha male/female as a gift..

The rat's take on the cat's here they are so big! Scampy your not sleeping well because of your troubles perhaps? try a horlicks and a warm bath before bed. Rocky I don't have a cot flap but I had left the window open for her to come back in, she is 14 I thought her mousing days were over.

She's all fur coat and no knickers! seriously though, when I went out earlier I left a couple of humane traps out, mouse goes in lid goes down, the mouse is unhurt, (I checked) and now safely back in the field.

There is a blanket of it but the sun has come out so hopefully it will melt and my car will defrost, we usually get more snow here than say, the nearest town because we are surrounded by fields.

Looking forward to going to work tommorow? I'm thinking of getting a part time job somwhere, I have become boredhousewife, now I have an empty nest.

britvic..just got back from 2weeks in Egypt.Nice hotel,lovely weather, and the golf course was superb.Now I have snow,wind ,rain, no golf,its down right miserable.....Roll on Feb.,going to Tenerife withmy mates for a weeks golf,courtesy of her indoors,birthday present!!!!

Shutting for the whole of Feb and March Too many cars and not enough buyers. Don't know where they got the 50 days from,probably 50 days production equals so many cars .So as from today we are working one week on and then one week off....but they don't pay us when we are off ouuchhhhh !!!
