To me the alternative to growing old is dying young, no contest.

Carol, I know it's an old adage but you really are as old as you feel. However to answer your question I think 75 is old. Apologies to any 75 year old's

Well men normally say

"Your only as old as the woman you feel"

Mine is the other way round

" I am only as young as thae man I feel"

Yummy !!!!!

No1Doyen - Mr Wick isn't old, being only 30 21. I, on the other hand will be 30 28 next week, so I could be old - I certainly feel it when I look in the mirror first thing in the morning (from necessity, not choice, I might add!).

No1Doyen - glad you thought so! I see you and I are the same age - what are people's thoughts on age being just a state of mind? I'd like to think so, I don't feel any different now to how I felt 30 years ago, but, as I said, the mirror first thing in the morning tells me otherwise!!

Im 50 this year but still act and feel as if I am 25 so on that principal I should be old when Im 100

Its funny though when people get to 65 they seem to take on a completely different view on life and seem to enter the "pensioner" mode but dont worry Carol a few more years yet ?

Sorry Doyen

It's 54 my actual age converted into binary, octal or hexadecimal... all different mathematical/computing numbering systems... boring but correct.

Oi Turtle, you young whippersnapper, I hope it will be many years before I move in to pensioner mode, I have far too much to do yet.

In the Grapevine I once overheard a conversation between 2 teenagers about a guy who was, in their words, REALLY OLD, you know at least 40!

Old is always 10 years older than you are now. Personally, I decided to stop ageing at 27 - never got any older - don't know how I did it.
