I just want to share my sadness with all who knew Malcolm.

Sadly Malcolm passed away today in Girne hospital at 12.45pm. Ann his wife was with him and thank god it was peaceful and quick. Ann telephoned me for help at 6.22am and we helped with the ambulance.

Malcolm was a wonderful man who tirelessly served our community with regards to the HZ Omer Gary Robb site at Catalkoy. Both Malcolm and Sheila Owens have been our rock and seen us all through good and bad times. Even though he was dying he held my hand and still had a smile on his face. He told Ann he loved her. I have not stopped crying all day. What a waste of life just 53 years old.

I just want anyone out there who knows him to think of him, but also to be there for Ann as I am sure she will need us at some point. Ann has been so strong.

What a tragic shame. Malcolm was such a great guy with a huge heart. Ann I know will be devastated, she was so strong for Malcolm throughout his illness and will now need our support and love to get her through this very, very sad time.

Our thoughts and love are with you Ann, you know where we are should you need anything at all.

Yesterday, Malcolm Cox, a true Gentleman in every sense of the word, passed away.

Malcolm was liked by all who knew him - he was a gentle giant, a caring and loving husband to Ann and a great friend to many people who, on hearing this tragic news, will have felt heartache and sadness.

The biggest compliment that I can pay to Malcolm is that I am a better person for meeting him and I am sure that there are many others who will say the same thing.

I miss him and I will never forget him.

Malcolm's plight is what motivated us to set up our little fund raising team to raise money for worthy causes and I know that Malcolm will have been proud to know that his suffering has resulted in something good.

At this moment, our thoughts are with Ann who must be shattered. She tirelessly dedicated herself to caring for Malcolm during his illness and did everything that she could to make him comfortable and happy.

May God give her the strength to cope with her sad loss...

Malcolm was a such a good, kind, man, he selflessly helped so many people, including me. I've never forgotten that, and will be the same, I'm sure, for so many other people.

Message 18, well said Paul, we can only echo your statement.

Directions, from Girne go to the new bypass, through 2 sets of lights you will then approach the GAU roundabout. Just before the roundabout there is a turn to the left to Green cemetery, the entrance is where the highway path starts and an opening to the cemetery is formed across the path.
