Harvesting the eggs from the golden goose more like

The editors comments on page 12 hits the nail on the head

we now have to pay 135tl instead of 80tl,Mrs Talat,s comment is interesting in the fact that she can charge even more and blame the government whilst pocketing the extra cash.

Are we to suppose that this 'new' system will be properly staffed and managed both at the state hospitals and the nominated clinics - or can we expect the usual chaos?

Just when the residency procedure seemed to be getting sensible and running ok.

Remember when the 'blood relatives only' could be collected from the airport because of pressure from the taxi companies? Hare-brained or what?
