The Avant-Garde pianist-Composer Arman Ratip's next concert will be at

Bellapais Abbey, North Cyprus, 27 th October 2011, Thursday evening at

8.30 p.m.



Ratip's transcendental improvisations captivated audiences in all his

concerts. The atonal, poly-rhythmic and fiendishly difficult

compositions with new technics for the piano create a mysteriously

unpredictable musical atmosphere which is colourful, exciting, at

times shocking and splendidly original. The gradeur of the inimitable

"King of the Avant-garde", "The Great Improviser" is remarkable to say

the least.



The programme of the 27 of October piiano recital at Bellapais Abbey

includes the world premieres of Ratip's own arrangement of Paganini's

" La Campanella", The jazz Sonata and Bridal Proıcession ( Turkish

Folk Music ). The programme also includes several compositions from

his "Space Music" category. Proceeds of this concert will go to Arman

Ratip's new CD project...

Sounds great. wish I had known before. But hope he gets good support. would love to hear the Paganini.

I've just had a phone call from Aman. He's had to postpone the recital to the 4th November (Same place and time)
