| I buy lactose-free milk from Lemar in Bogaz, Iskele in 1 litre cartons (displayed with the soya and long-life milks). Brand is ulker and it is called icim (white and green packaging). Try sheep and goats milk cheeses rather than cow's milk-based cheeses. |

| No I haven't seen it here. In fact, on closer inspection the cartoned milk that I buy is cow's milk but they add the enzyme lactase to remove the lactose. |
