There is a pack of wild dogs roaming around the area of Lapta near the flood-lit football pitch (site of the old market) - attracted by a bitch on heat which has obviously been dumped there. Warning do not approach, they can turn nasty. Will be contacting KAr first thing this morning to see if anything can be done.

Go and report this to Lapta Belediye, they will deal with it I'm quite sure.
