Despite previous promises, Alsancak Belediyesi is once again dumping lorry loads of rubbish into the ravine at the Waterfall in Malatya. Do they not understand that if you fill a ravine with rubbish, then flooding becomes more likely. Would the Government be interested or would we still get a negative response. Perhaps an article highlighting the issue in Cyprus Today or The Star.

Once again? They haven't stopped for weeks and weeks. One lorry and a JCB have just driven past my house coming from the ravine. I can see this stuff becoming a dam which may burst if enough rain falls. Look out in Alsancak if that happens.

Shall we collectively do something in Malatya, petition, etc. Any suggestions?
