| Permission to purchase finally confirmed today! (bought in April 04) Have had to e-mail solicitor constantly to get him to do anything. Now we have to have valuation done and he wants to know if we want him to apply for us. If possible would prefer not to use him - our builder (Regency Court) has been excellent and am sure they will help if it's something we can do without the solicitor Any comments please? |

| hi b&b congrats on the ptp this might be possiable without solicitor (but have you not paid them to do this service in the origanal monies you paid them) if you got a good relationship with the builder then he might be able to help you contact them and see what they say good luck |
